Grand Theft – No Suspect information

Transit Services Bureau (TSB) Deputies responded to the Long Beach Metro Passenger Station regarding a grand theft call for service. Upon arrival, Deputies contacted the Metro Supervisor, who stated unknown persons broke into the traction powerhouse, stole and damaged approximately $10,000.00 worth of property. The supervisor further stated they were alerted to the theft by an intrusion alarm. The Metro Supervisor was unable to provide any suspect information.

Robbery – Suspect Outstanding

Transit Services Bureau (TSB) Deputies responded to the Vermont Metro Passenger Station regarding a robbery call for service.  Upon arrival, Deputies contacted an adult male (victim) who stated he was approached by four adult males (suspects) who argued with the victim. The suspects punched and kicked the victim. The suspects took the victim’s electrical scooter and left the location.  The Los Angeles County Fire Department arrived at the location and transported the victim to the local hospital, where the victim was treated for his injuries.  The victim is in a stable condition.  The suspects were not located.
