Foundations and Donations

The LASD collaborates with a number of Foundations and non-profits and receives a number of donations from members of the public to support our work, the stations within the communities we serve, and the men and women who dedicate their lives to public service.

To accept donations, the Department must comply with a number of policies, rules, and guidelines, many of which are listed below.
