He is a 69-year-old male Hispanic, who was last seen at the intersection of Imperial Highway and Long Beach Boulevard in the city of Lynwood on Monday, March 4, 2024.

Contreras Sastre is 5’01”, 200lbs with brown eyes, gray hair, a scar on his right cheek, and a full beard. He was last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt, blue jeans, and a green backpack.
 
Contreras Sastre requires medication. His family is concerned for his well-being.

Deputy Chief Ruby Flores’ career with Los Angeles Police Department started in 1994 and spans over 30 years. 

In 2017, she was promoted to Police Commander which allowed her to gain the skills and experience needed to be recognized for the position of Deputy Chief.

In January 2024, Deputy Chief Flores received a historic promotion to lead Operations-Valley Bureau, the first woman to receive this command and the first Latina promoted to Deputy Chief within the Los Angeles Police Department. Operations Valley Bureau is the largest command within the Department.

Her trailblazing leadership paves the way for future generations.
